“Location is good, just a minute next to the station. Receptionists welcomed us with a sweet and kind smile. I like the welcome mint that placed at the lift lobby. The room (Suite) is very spacious. I like the shower very much. It relaxs me a lot after exploring the city. Suggest to add a door for the washroom and bathroom to give more privacy while someone is using them. People at Living Room can see the people naked after shower. We stayed at 11/F and found it is a bit complicated to……

“you have to consider the following issues before choosing this hotel. 1. check in: if you will arrive after 6pm, it will be inconvenient to check in. they will put the key inside the hotel and you may not be able to find someone to open the door. they use physical key and only provide one key. 2. noise: the room is clean and large but it is a very historic building so you will hear every step from the upper floor. 3. water pressure: as mentioned, it is a very old building, the water pressure……

“Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Boutique Hotel in Leiden. Super saubere Zimmer, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und eine unschlagbare Lage. Direkt an einem ruhigen Fleet und zentrumsnah gelegen. Von Leiden aus sind Amsterdam und Den Haag schnell zu erreichen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Innenhof sicher unterstellen. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen!”

“Clean, well -run, loved the quirky decor. Although it"s on a busy little street with bars and "coffee shops" and there can be noise at night, it"s very secure (four automatically locking doors between our studio and the street). Central and close to the station. You can easily do day trips all over the Randstad. The staff are very nice. Don't worry about arriving when reception is shut, the digital keys work.”

“Our stay in Leiden at this VRBO was absolutely lovely! It was as photographed and very clean. It is located on a quieter (but not completely quiet) portion of a busy shopping street. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely with numerous shops, restaurants, a nearby grocery, etc. It is easy to get around by walking and public transit, no car needed! The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has both a bathtub and a relaxing rain shower. We did have a small issue at check in where the VRBO app……
